HotmixPRO machines not only have an unmatched temperature range (-24°/+190°)*, but also allow an extremely accurate control over it. Being able to set temperature with an accuracy of 1°C can really make the difference.

SD card expandable memory (SD included)*

With its unique ability to store data on a SD card*, updating either the firmware or the recipes will always be easy. As a professional tool, this is a really valuable plus since your machine will always be up-to-date. This also allows the creation -and subsequent storing on SD- of your custom recipes with ease, even from your computer.

3000W professional-level motor

Equipped with a professional-grade motor rated  from 1200 to 3000W  – driving the blades at a speed from 60 to 16000 rpm* – HotmixPRO can chop, puree, liquidize, blend or mix any kind of food in no time at all. It was also conceived to work all day long without suffering for long-term work overload.

WT (Wait Temperature)

Sets TIME as the main parameter to be observed in order to consider finished a recipe. This Feature is settable either from the machine or from your PC(with our “CreatorPRO” software), and has two main uses:

  • since you know what temperature has to be reached by your recipe to be finished, using the WT feature you’ll be able to get the same result always, regardless of the quantity and initial temperature of your selected ingredients;
  • if, instead, you need to heat something up to a specified temperature, and then keep that temperature for a specified time, after setting the temperature you can set a time to keep such temperature; thus you’ll be able to obtain always the same results, regardless of the quantiy and initial temperature of your selected ingredients.

NEXT

Allows two subsequent operations on the same bowl content. This feature is settable only using your PC (with our “CreatorPRO” software) and has two main uses:

  • in the end of a recipe, it may be useful to set a final touch without the need to manually program the machine; with our “CreatorPRO” software you’ll be able to use this function to connect two subsequent STEPS created by modifying one single parameter, such as SPEED. For instance, when pastry cream is ready, a “NEXT” STEP allows to raise the SPEED – a final touch to give it a nice shine.
  • Otherwise, you may connect two STEPS by modifying more parameters, such as SPEED and temperature; in the previous example, after the last fast passage described above, you can set the machine to keep mixing it slowly at 40°C, always ready to be served, with the great comfort of being able to go away and take care of something else.

PULSE 2

This feature is settable only using your PC (with our “CreatorPRO” software) and it can be useful during operations of ingredient preparation, such as pulverizing, or mincing. In fact, it allows to alternate working phases of 10 seconds to pause phases of 2 seconds. Work for 10 seconds, stop fro 2, then work for 10 seconds, and again stop for 2, and so on. Working in this way, the machine ensures perfect treatment of the ingredients, because they fall towards the blade during every stop-phase, and nothing is leaved untouched.
