3 Ways to get it done faster.
Turbo
When you're in a hurry, go all out.
Turbo Speed: Reach maximum speed with a single touch, quickly chopping hard ingredients or blending delicate mixtures for perfect emulsions and ultra-fine textures.
Turbo Temperature: Heats up instantly to the maximum temperature, optimizing cooking times for delicate dishes.
Wait Temp
Maintain the ideal temperature, without compromise.
The “Wait Temperature” function allows you to maintain the set temperature precisely for a specified period of time (e.g., 84°C for 7 minutes*).
The timer starts only when the machine reaches the desired temperature, ensuring consistent and repeatable results, regardless of the quantity or initial temperature of the ingredients.
Pulse
Add each ingredient to the blades.
The “Pulse” function allows the ingredients to fall back toward the blades when they are pushed against the sides of the bowl at high speed. The Pulse function sets a 2-second pause every 2 seconds.

Activate Turbo
TURBO SPEED
Press and hold the TURBO button to instantly reach maximum speed (“Turbo” speed) until the button is released. This feature can be activated from speeds 6 through 10.
TURBO TEMPERATURE
Press the temperature button, then press the TURBO button. This allows you to reach the maximum temperature (“Turbo” temperature) more quickly, for cooking your dishes.*
*Breeze, Master Breeze, and Combi (cool side) excluded
Activate Wait Temp
Press “Temperature” and hold it down until “Wait Temp” appears. Press the “+” button to increase the target temperature or the “-” button to decrease it.
Tap the “Time” icon and use the “+” or “-” buttons to set the desired time for maintaining the previously selected temperature.
Activate Pulse
Press the PULSE button at any speed except “1E” and “1F”.
